The latest cover-up involves Richland Police Chief, Larry Cerami
with the hint that this may be a federal investigation...and Rick has "no comment."
NEWS FLASH...
Rick Orloff made a fool of himself at the 5.12.09 School Board meeting.
He was heckling a taxpayer from Milford during public comment and the
taxpayer turned to Orloff and told him that "he [Orloff] can't even
run his own township!" to the applause and cheers of some 250 people at the meeting!
That taxpayer was Bob Smith, who trounced Manuel Alfonso in last year's School Board election.
Way to go, Bob!

At the School
Board meeting, Orloff presented his proposal for a budget consultant for QCSD.
Nancy Tirjan made a motion not to hire a BC due to time constraints, so Orloff
didn't get his $10,000.
Eyewitnesses say that Orloff threw his proposal at the board and stormed out of
the meeting.
Just 18 days later, Orloff states that there is a general dissatisfaction about
school taxes in the area
and laid the groundwork for the failed at-large voting system for QCSD School
Board directors...
and the attacks on the school board, and Dr. Andrejko haven't let up since
then...almost three years now!

This is the
article in the Intell that exposed Orloff's ties to QCSD Reform. He wanted June
Hunt
to join the group so she could "vote on Paul's cue" and "no heavy lifting is
involved." Renshaw
says Orloff has no pull with her? QCSD Reform contributed to Orloff's
re-election campaign in 2007,
and Orloff, Stepanoff, and Wayne Rosen, Woldow's developer contributed to the
QCSD Reform campaign.
They are so deeply in bed with each other.

Orloff said
he had nothing to do with QCSD Reform, and Lou-Ellen Renshaw says that Rick
Orloff doesn't
speak for her? Interestingly on page 2, it shows a $100.00 contribution FROM
QCSD Reform to Rick Orloff's
re-election campaign! LIARS.

For those of
you who don't believe Richland is a 'Good Ole Boys Club" had better read this
editorial from the Free Press which was written when Orloff was just a
Supervisor-Elect.
He tried to stack a committee of cronies to hire a new township manager! Folks,
this is the
REAL Rick Orloff. He's not working for Richland, he's working for himself.

This email
from Rick to an undisclosed recipient (name withheld) shows what he REALLY
thinks of the public school system. Just read the first line and you'll see.
He then goes on
to praise Upper Bucks Christian School where his two other sons went. I guess
with all the
credit cards, (See the link for 'Orloff Financial Sheets') Ricky couldn't
afford his church's
school any longer. Remember, this email was written less than a month from
when Ricky
stormed out of the QCSD School Board meeting because Nancy Tirjan and Linda
Martin
didn't give him the $10,000 auditing contract--that would use Quickbooks!

Another doosy!
Orloff was infuriated over Pat Murphy signing a petition to nominate
Mike Zowniriw for candidate for supervisor in 2003, but Orloff, a sitting
supervisor that
has control of who or who does not build in Richland, signed a petition to keep
Walmart
out of Richland Township and was threatened with a lawsuit!
At press time, April 1996, Orloff was on the board of the Bucks County Water and
Sewer
Authority which managed both water and sewer in Richland at the time. If you
read what's
in the red boxes, you can see that everything Orloff does is politically
motivated!

This is a MUST READ!
Here we have
some insight into Orloff's conniving mind from a Morning Call columnist who went
to school
with Orloff in Philly. Yes, Orloff is from Philadelphia originally, not
Quakertown. There are 4 boxes outlined
in red that explain the nature of the beast.
Box 1:
Orloff 'slithers' away from confrontation. As we know, he likes to do things
behind the scenes.
Box 2: This was his first release of private information to the press. Later
on, Orloff, and now Paul
Stepanoff would continually release sensitive information to Woldow to pick
apart in his column.
Box 3: THIS
is Orloff's REAL agenda, and why he remains supervisor, but "he has a personal
political
agenda that has nothing to do with Richland Township." He apparently tried
for the State Senate in 1994,
but couldn't get the support...jeez, I wonder why!
Box 4: Even his former schoolmate even considers him a snake!
This, Ladies and Gentleman, is what we have running Richland Township. His
hypocrisy runs deep and knows no bounds.

Now here's a
hoot! Orloff and Woldow and their followers cry foul each time anyone sues
Richland for anything
....like civil rights violations: Patrick Murphy, $50,000 settlement,
Jeffrey Stump, $250,000 settlement, and currently
Officer Lee Matthews, or Pat Murphy, Vic Stevens, and Supervisor Mike Zowniriw
suing Craig Staats for false
statements he made in a campaign ad when he ran for supervisor in 2005 against
Vic Stevens.
BUT, nobody
wants to talk about when Richland Township Supervisor, RICHARD ORLOFF, sued his
fellow
supervisors, Tom Glackin and Earl Kline--and LOST! To top it off, Orloff
wanted Richland Township to pay
his lawyer bill! Can we say:

Murphy that cost the township approximately
$130,000 because Orloff
'volunteered' to be the messenger of the BOS. He was not authorized by
either Tamburri or Keller to send this out and
they were upset that he did do it. In the second highlighted paragraph,
Orloff basically states that as a township
volunteer you are a puppet to the will of the BOS.

It's funny
how Orloff would fire Patrick Murphy for signing a nominating petition for a
third-party candidate
(Green Party), but that is EXACTLY what Orloff did in 1998 whenhe was a sitting
Republican Supervisor! He
signed a Constitution Party nominating petition for Governer, Lt. Governor, etc.
against the current Republican Governor, Tom Ridge!
Again, Orloff is a hypocrite! (See line 100).

First of all,
the six "Statement of Financial Interests" sheets in this PDF are publicly
available at
the Richland Township building via the Freedom of Information Act. Now, on
to business...
Woldow
constantly writes that "Rick Orloff is a CPA who specializes in municipal
finance."
Really? I beg to differ. If you, as a public official, have more than $6,500
in any single personal
debt, it must be listed for public review (see line 9 on each page, line 10 on
page 2). Between 1998 - 2003,
Orloff lists TWO debts, at a MINIMUM of $13,000..and each year they include
credit cards. Remember,
he doesn't have to list anything under $6,500, so that number could be much
higher. If he supposedly
'specializes' in municipal finance, he would have flunked CPA school in personal
finance since his
are such a mess! No wonder he fights tooth and nail to keep his cushy Supervisor
job with its $22,000
per year fully paid health insurance.

One word
about this: HYPOCRITE.
He wants to lower school taxes, but just announced on 11.11.08
that Richland will be RAISING its own tax to its residents!
How's that for a slap in the face?

Orloff is two
faced. On one side he cried foul for the school district rasing taxes over the
past several years, but within
months of re-election, wants to push through a 200% township tax increase!
What Orloff doesn't say is that the reason
QCSD property taxes have increased is that Richland's population has increased
THREE TIMES that of its neighbors,
a 21% increase from 2000 - 2006!

On Orloff's watch. Whooda thunk it? When does the expertise in municipal finance kick in?

Richland Township spent over
$6,000 to pay for this useless petition that neither Orloff or Stepanoff would
even
defend in court! They used Richland Township resources, namely its solictor,
Linc Treadwell, for their personal fight
against the "non-Reform School" School Board directors.

Orloff tooted
his horn about how much open space HE had preserved in Richland when he
ran for re-election in 2007,
but if you look on page 2, you will see what Ricky REALLY thinks about open
space! (See last paragraph of highlighted text).
Does 'hypocrite' apply here? You will also notice the PROFOUND, if not
PROPHETIC statement made by Brian Kline.
He called the Richland housing boom TWO years before it started.

Orloff cries
'insubordiante in disobeying her Board..' Orloff disobeyed his own board in
1996
for releasing information to the press and was censured. People in glass
houses...
"Helping elect HER board.." What about Orloff's email to June Hunt that was
published in the
Intell in May, 2007 when he was putting together HIS board that would
"vote on Paul's cue."
As for the lame case about using the High School, what about the Blazer's
ballfield that was already set up?
